ysteroids.com RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO ONLY PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A CONFIRMED AGREEMENT FROM THE PURCHASER. THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL THESE COMPANY REGULATIONS WHEN PLACING AND ORDER WITH US.


1. Product Guarantee

Some of our products have printed expiration dates. If you receive products with expired date, do not use them and contact us

2. Customer satisfaction

Upon reception of your order, inspect immediately the products received and make sure they are exactly as you expected. If a product did not meet your expectations in terms of quality, we will issue a full refund upon return.

The customer must contact us by email to inform us of the return of some products, we will then provide an address in Thailand to which the products to refund will have to be returned (shipping is paid by the client). We will only refund products in a re-sellable condition. The money will be sent to THE SAME PERSON THAT PLACED THE INITIAL ORDER. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ANYONE ELSE through Western Union in a maximum of 30 days following the reception of your parcel. It is of course possible for the client to ask for a re-shipping of different products of the amount to be refunded.

THIS OFFER EXPIRES 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF RECEPTION OF THE PACKAGE.

3. Shipping

We have only one shipping method : Registered Priority airmail. All packages are shipped in a very discreet way. We use plain brown paper and the parcel doesn't looks like it is containing steroids at all.

4. Delivery of Products

We will deliver the ordered goods to the address given by you at the time you have made your order.
We will try to deliver your goods within 3 - 6 business days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delays, losses, damages... by the Postal Service, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the goods to you, unless caused by our negligence. 

We DO ship to P.O.Boxes/APO/FPO adresses.
